How buying works
Choose your look. Visit the shop or WhatsApp the item, size, preferred color and budget. For a wedding or other event, include the date and dress code.
Confirm your outfit. We will confirm availability, the exact price and which items are included. Check the fit before completing your purchase.
Delivery. We can arrange transport by bus or boda boda. The buyer pays the transportation cost. Agree the destination, transport charge and timing with the team.
Alterations. Alterations are available at the buyer’s expense. Confirm the work required, cost and completion date before proceeding.
Lay-by / layaway. We accept deposits through lay-by, also called layaway. Ask the team to confirm the deposit amount, payment schedule, collection arrangements and cancellation conditions before paying.
Before payment. Confirm the payment method and return or exchange terms for your order with the team.
